The Management team and team members are always extremely accommodating. When inquired about services offered, the response was immediate and very accommodating. BJ's Club take care of their customers and the community. They go above and beyond for their customers! The staff is always professional, kind, and outgoing. My husband and I were grocery shopping and approached check out but we only saw self check out as an option. As we were passing by a closed check out lane, a Bjs staff member opened her lane to us without hesitation and with a very friendly attitude. She even scanned our groceries inside our cart so we didn't have to put them on the belt line to be scanned.
