Not all Bruegger's locations are created equal, and although the Hillsborough location is the most convenient I find myself driving to Brier Creek for a bagel instead. The bagels at Hillsborough are seriously undercooked which could be remedied with a good toasting before serving to the customer - but alas are not. There are very few things as satisfying in this world as a good, toasted bagel with smear. If only this Bruegger's would adequately toast their bagels so...

This is a good solid bagel place open at 6am which is important. I didn’t find it quite up to Montreal or NYC standards but that’s an unreasonable bar to measure against. Thanks for a good breakfast.

Service, just okay. When you say thank you, usually one would reply with a you’re welcome, not a problem etc. but a response at least. To which I received none, as if I never spoke. It was very transactional and no other words were spoken from the employee other than “hello what can I get for you?” And “do you have a rewards number”. My everything bagel sandwich came unsliced, barely any seasoning on it (none had even fallen off in my packaging). I get my sandwich and...
