I got the Seoul Box on white rice. The beef and other toppings were good, but the rice wasn't. I was expecting sticky short grain rice, but their rice is difficult to pick up with chopsticks and has a slightly hard texture. The food isn't bad, but if you're expecting fluffy Asian-style rice, you might be disappointed.

Customer service was an A plus he was really nice and helped when you didn’t know what to get and explained the ingredients. I saw him helping the person in front of me. The food is also really good and we had a fun talk with the cashier. The music is also good and the seating area with the decorations! Will come here again. I went into this place for the first time on a Friday night at 6pm. I waited 10 minutes to be told that the veggies were cooking. Another round of apologies and still no food. I left without my food and a refund. It’s disappointing how bad the restaurant business has got.

Basically an asian-ish fusion type place, you get your rice/starch base and stack stuff on it as you wish kind of like a poke bowl. They have a few pre-made choices as well.Quality is good, definitely a great grab between classes for NSCU students.

I ate there once and enjoyed it to go, but I haven't been able to since because every time I drive over here it's closed at 3 pm, and they didn't bother to update it online. Last time I drive over here for nothing.
Food is really delicious, love the options. They were out of forks and chopsticks when I went so I had to use a spoon but I'll definitely go back. Super tasty.

I'm giving it 2 stars because I'm nice, but they FORGOT my BEEF BULGOGI in my Seoul bowl. How do you forget the ONLY and MAIN protein in my meal which was the reason my bowl costed $15+ in the first place?? I ordered takeout, and I called them to tell them this. Customer service was subpar and didn't give me many options. I really wanted it to be good but come on, I'm truly confused on how you guys didn't add the meat.
