Customer service was an A plus he was really nice and helped when you didn’t know what to get and explained the ingredients. I saw him helping the person in front of me. The food is also really good and we had a fun talk with the cashier. The music is also good and the seating area with the decorations! Will come here again. (The picture is the Katsu signature dish with kimchi fried rice)
The food is amazing, the vibes are amazing, the customer service is warming. Its super clean here, and so if you are looking for a place to eat great international food while relaxing or talking with your friends/family, bul box is the place!

I got the Seoul Box on white rice. The beef and other toppings were good, but the rice wasn't. I was expecting sticky short grain rice, but their rice is difficult to pick up with chopsticks and has a slightly hard texture. The food isn't bad, but if you're expecting fluffy Asian-style rice, you might be disappointed.
