“Came here around 4pm ! The Caucasian lady taking my order was super sweet & nice with taking my order and at the window . Haven’t been here often so she must be new . customer service was excellent .food is delicious, fries hot and fresh . Whooper is definitely delicious! I will definitely be back .thank you 🩷“
“The reason I always give them 5 stars. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The restaurant is clean as a whole. The staff are pleasant. And the double whopper with cheese, fries no salt, I use pepper, need to try it! Chocolate shake of course. Don't forget to dip the fries into your shake! You'll be amazed. Would definitely recommend it to others. And you get what you pay for.“
“Warm well done fries, warm patty for my whopper, great customer service and clean atmosphere.
Next time I will have to ask for entire burger to be hot and well done and wait for fresh hot fries.

“Honestly a really great location. Today 10/13/25 around 3:30 pm, the lady that served me deserves some recognition. She just really stood out to me in terms of genuinely just mild mannered and hardworking and it was refreshing. There were others working but she was the only one in the front at this time and she was also juggling a few different customers orders and demands but she just handled it all well and breezy. Wish I caught her name but she was working it today. Food was hot and fresh too. Store and ladies restroom were notably very clean as well/“

“Anthony was awesome, really made our day stopping in for a quick lunch. Big compliments to the manager on duty for helping with menu confusion and being incredibly personable, I heard her cheering on her staff during a drive thru lunch rush. Food came out a little slow, but they're clearly trying their best. No doubt the recent remodel and staffing is probably in flux. Haven't been to a Burger King in ages but this made me wanna stop by again.“

“This location on Wake Forest Rd, has never disappointed! Every time I have gotten my food it hot, even the fries! Everyone has been very nice and special shout out to Latrice who is always at the window with a smile and so sweet! Give this wonan a raise! I had a bad experience at the Cary location on Harrison Ave, but I guess that is why it mostly empty.“
