The Food Is delicious, the service is great, we ordered bandeja Catracha and the chicken was juicy, the tacos catrachos were delicious everything came with the salsas, cabbage, the pastelitos were great, very very delicious.
This food truck is AMAZING!! The authentic Honduran food is absolutely delicious. Everything they make is great. They have a menu online and it helps if you can speak a little Spanish or have your translator app handy. Be sure to order early in the day if you have an exact item in mind as select items sell out daily due to high demand. Totally worth your time and money for this fantastic food! Would highly recommend!
First time here and I got lucky on the mondongo soup being in rotation. The coconut milk based broth was so flavorful and everything inside from the plantains and veggies to tripe was cooked perfectly. The flavors themselves were expertly balanced so that they are great on their own or equally great adding in the very fresh lime and/or small ramekin of hot sauce. I’m a big guy and it was quite filling as it came with a side of flavored rice and hot tortillas.
