Chick-fil-A in Raleigh

“Came here passing through town to grab lunch. The service was flawless. The parking lot was packed with lunch rush but the employees were ON IT. Got in and out in like 3 minutes, order was correct. Give credit to where it’s due and this team knew the assignment. Great job!“

“Major shout out to the employees here. My car overheated while I was in line at the drive through, and several of the employees came out to help me get my kids safely out of the car, and then pushed the car over into the parking lot for us. They all checked on us to make sure we were ok & were so nice, I'm so happy we broke down there and not somewhere else :D“

“Food is always good and chick - fil- A and I love it. This particular place had a problem with toilet. out of our 2 were out of reach CLOSED for maintenance and the one that was open also not in good shape - not flushing. Did report to counter but guess they didn't bother that much.“

“I eat here almost every day. I always get the same thing. The staff are wonderful and the quality of the food is always great… except >>>the fries quality has gone from 100 to 0 very quickly. I could make a meal out of just the fries but now they have absolutely no flavor. They’re horrible.<<<Please bring back the old fries, increase the price for god sake just bring back the old fries!“

“Honestly, it's one of the best CFA's around.
Very consistent service, drive-through, food delivery, and cleanliness. Super friendly service and freshly renovated drive-through. The crowds can get a bit overwhelming because the mediocre traffic management in and around the surrounding plaza.“

“What a great location!!! We used this location for a large event … 800 people and this location did our breakfast chicken minis! From Drew on the phone… checking and confirming my order ( 40 large trays) !!! To Mario , who brought them and helped us so much setting them up!!! FABULOUS… Chicken Minis were on point ( thank you to the ladies in the kitchen!!!) You made my job easy! Thank you. I highly recommend this location for catering!“

“I requested extra pickles the cashier didn't advise of .40 additional charge for 3 extra pickles. I don't mind the charge but I do expect to be advised of charge before the order is complete.As this was in a food court so there was no way to see small print on menu.“

“It was my first time trying this location. I was in the area & it was closed. The customer service was no issue or even the location but my chicken biscuit just wasn’t good. It was lukewarm when I received it, so I really just couldn’t enjoy it off bat, along with the funny taste the chicken had. Maybe it was just THAT day but hey, I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t recommend. Just give it a chance. I’d go again if I’m ever in the area. I’d probably try lunch this time around!“

“Came here today for the first time because my usual chick fil a is closed for renovations. I did the curbside pick up, which I was a bit nervous about since this location is in a busy mall food court. Turns out, my concerns were unwarranted. I pulled up, let them know I was there by a simple push of a button, and within 5 mins, my food arrived at my door. The woman who dropped it off was very nice, and my food was obviously prepared fresh for me. My fiancé and I both agree this might have been one of the best chick fil a spicy chicken sandwiches we’ve ever had. We look forward to our next visit.“

“Chick Fil A is always a good experience. Their customer service is the best in the industry. They are always fast and courteous. Now, I do think that they should ask customers if they want their chicken grilled or breaded but I also understand that it is understood that it is breaded unless you stipulate but this is just my two cents. Diet lemonade is the BEST!“

“So, my daughter and I walked from our hotel to this location because it was close by. We already had it planned that we would cool off inside, and enjoy our meal before making the walk back in this summer heat. I guess I failed to read the reviews of the CFA before we made the walk. When we got close, I said to my daughter, “Why the heck are people eating outside in this sun and heat?” Well, the joke was on me…. This location is walk up window style with seating outdoors only. Luckily, we were able to snag a table and chairs in the shade and God looked out for us by providing a nice breeze while we dined out. There are also tables and chairs with umbrellas. Not sure about restrooms. Food order was quick and still brought out table side. Staff was friendly.“

“I love chic-fil-a but after today I may never go back to the one on Capital blvd.Since opening back up after the remodel they use to have the fastest service around.The drive thru is outright horrible now.I sat in line about 30 minutes to get my order.Ifbi could back out of the line I would but I was blocked in.If they don't get it together they are going to lose a lot of business to the other Chick-fil-A
I was not happy at all today with my wait.Something told me not to get in that line but I did.I am really disappointed with them and it will be awhile before I go back if I even go back.I am going to have to find a different location to go through.“
