Chick-fil-A in Raleigh

“Came here passing through town to grab lunch. The service was flawless. The parking lot was packed with lunch rush but the employees were ON IT. Got in and out in like 3 minutes, order was correct. Give credit to where it’s due and this team knew the assignment. Great job!“

“Great place in the area! It is very close to multiple other neighborhoods. The staff are very nice here. I enjoy eating at this Chick-fil-A location and the food has never been bad. Just I am disappointed in how the chicken is now. I get a lot of different types who are terrible, but some are amazing. This restaurant I know will be successful due to all the houses coming in. Great restaurant five out of five.

“Honestly, it's one of the best CFA's around.
Very consistent service, drive-through, food delivery, and cleanliness. Super friendly service and freshly renovated drive-through. The crowds can get a bit overwhelming because the mediocre traffic management in and around the surrounding plaza.“

“Food is always good and chick - fil- A and I love it. This particular place had a problem with toilet. out of our 2 were out of reach CLOSED for maintenance and the one that was open also not in good shape - not flushing. Did report to counter but guess they didn't bother that much.“

“A moment ago, Sep-19-24 10:25am ..were ordering breakfast and we read the girl's advertisement on her t-shirt, which says that she speaks Spanish... and we speak little English, she noticed that my partner couldn't speak enough English and she continued speaking to us in English... I know how to speak a little more English, so I ordered instead of her... but it was evident that our English was not enough and she continued speaking to us in English... something even more unpleasant was that she never smiled... nor did she answer me when I said thank you. ...for many years I have bought Chik-fil-a and they always serve me too kindly...this pregnant lady who serves there is really...too bad...I feel sorry for her.?“

“I requested extra pickles the cashier didn't advise of .40 additional charge for 3 extra pickles. I don't mind the charge but I do expect to be advised of charge before the order is complete.As this was in a food court so there was no way to see small print on menu.“

“I love this Chick-fil-A! It meets the Chick-fil-A expectations we've all come to have, and there are so many wonderful people on the team that I genuinely look forward to catching up with when I see them. This is definitely my preferred Raleigh Chick-fil-A!“

“I eat here almost every day. I always get the same thing. The staff are wonderful and the quality of the food is always great… except >>>the fries quality has gone from 100 to 0 very quickly. I could make a meal out of just the fries but now they have absolutely no flavor. They’re horrible.<<<Please bring back the old fries, increase the price for god sake just bring back the old fries!“

“Chick Fil A is always a good experience. Their customer service is the best in the industry. They are always fast and courteous. Now, I do think that they should ask customers if they want their chicken grilled or breaded but I also understand that it is understood that it is breaded unless you stipulate but this is just my two cents. Diet lemonade is the BEST!“

“It was my first time trying this location. I was in the area & it was closed. The customer service was no issue or even the location but my chicken biscuit just wasn’t good. It was lukewarm when I received it, so I really just couldn’t enjoy it off bat, along with the funny taste the chicken had. Maybe it was just THAT day but hey, I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t recommend. Just give it a chance. I’d go again if I’m ever in the area. I’d probably try lunch this time around!“

“Came here today for the first time because my usual chick fil a is closed for renovations. I did the curbside pick up, which I was a bit nervous about since this location is in a busy mall food court. Turns out, my concerns were unwarranted. I pulled up, let them know I was there by a simple push of a button, and within 5 mins, my food arrived at my door. The woman who dropped it off was very nice, and my food was obviously prepared fresh for me. My fiancé and I both agree this might have been one of the best chick fil a spicy chicken sandwiches we’ve ever had. We look forward to our next visit.“

“I’ve always had great experiences at this location, with both mobile orders and drive through. Note that you can’t eat inside here and the parking lot and lines can get a little tight but it’s fine. I’m always satisfied with my order and the workers are always friendly!“

“I love chic-fil-a but after today I may never go back to the one on Capital blvd.Since opening back up after the remodel they use to have the fastest service around.The drive thru is outright horrible now.I sat in line about 30 minutes to get my order.Ifbi could back out of the line I would but I was blocked in.If they don't get it together they are going to lose a lot of business to the other Chick-fil-A
I was not happy at all today with my wait.Something told me not to get in that line but I did.I am really disappointed with them and it will be awhile before I go back if I even go back.I am going to have to find a different location to go through.“
