“Edit: the sign is no longer in the lane, and they switched back to 2 lanes.
Old review: They merged the drive thru lane into the main lane which has increased customer burden for both lanes. My wait times have sky rocketed.
The mobile thru check in sign is sitting in the mobile drive thru lane instead of in the yellow caution area. So if you have a bigger car you have to squeeze between the sign and sidewal potentially hitting the sign or going up onto the side walk.
This place is no longer a 5☆ experience for drive thru.“
“The people here are over the top. My soup spilled in my bag, not only did they replace my soup but the crackers and honey too that were also in the bag. They insisted on giving me all new items. They were all super nice. I wish more restaurants took customer service as serious as Chick-fil-A does. They all just do it right. Thank you to everyone at this location.“

“Came here today for the first time because my usual chick fil a is closed for renovations. I did the curbside pick up, which I was a bit nervous about since this location is in a busy mall food court. Turns out, my concerns were unwarranted. I pulled up, let them know I was there by a simple push of a button, and within 5 mins, my food arrived at my door. The woman who dropped it off was very nice, and my food was obviously prepared fresh for me. My fiancé and I both agree this might have been one of the best chick fil a spicy chicken sandwiches we’ve ever had. We look forward to our next visit.“

“It was my first time trying this location. I was in the area & it was closed. The customer service was no issue or even the location but my chicken biscuit just wasn’t good. It was lukewarm when I received it, so I really just couldn’t enjoy it off bat, along with the funny taste the chicken had. Maybe it was just THAT day but hey, I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t recommend. Just give it a chance. I’d go again if I’m ever in the area. I’d probably try lunch this time around!“
“This Chick-fil-a customer service was top notch. They had no problem filling my request of my 3 dressings for my salad. Ran into a Chick fil a a day or so ago and they refused to even let me purchase an extra one. Never had that happen. Great experience here tho.“
“I just want to say that my experience at this Chick-fil-A and the one Wake Forest have been phenomenal when you ask for your food fresh you don’t get it just came up. They drop it fresh and allow you to wait for it as you choose and for that, I am so appreciative and I went to Chick-fil-A today on Capital and the manager there I believe her name Is Imoni And I apologize if I’m saying it incorrectly, but she was wonderful. She’s good at her job and I pray nothing but good things for her and for the restaurant itself kudos.“
“Went last month, employee name Crystal took my order in the drive through! It was my first time there and she even got a menu for me and explained everything so nicely. Food was amazing and still hot by the time i got home. Definitely work going back 🥰“
