Very disappointed by a recent experience (8/17/24) and how it was handled. My daughter wanted to treat me to lunch and we ordered 2 nugget meals. We had to pull forward because they didn’t have any ready. We waited and were handed a piping hot bag. We drove off and to our surprise the nuggets smelled burnt. They also tasted burnt. We were not able to go back due to grandbaby feeding and nap time. We called customer support and put in a complaint. Food is too expensive to pay...read full review
We just left and were quite impressed with how Paris and Frances were managing the entire dining area. The simply refreshing part is they both looked like they were totally enjoying their jobs. Before leaving, I told Frances they were both doing great jobs. She replied “We are trying. There’s two of us. Please come back and see us again!” I was so surprised. Nobody tells you that anymore. Great job Chick fil A for hiring these two!
The lines are well managed at this time. Wait time is minimal. Courteous team members .
