Chick-fil-A is a restaurant that can be hit or miss, depending on the location. The one issue that stands out is the confusing parking layout, which can lead to frustration if not carefully navigated. Despite this, the staff, including managers, strive to provide excellent service. The staff is always really nice, especially for teenagers, and they have always been courteous. They didn't give a problem when customers came to get their free sandwich for teachers appreciation. Customers have had issues with orders getting mixed up, but they always correct them without any issues. Never had issues with food being the wrong temperature or getting a bad salad. However, there needs to be some quality control done at this place. Customers have experienced negative visits, and the worst part is it’s the one closest to work. Either a visit will go completely fine or customers will have to wait an extra 15 to 20 minutes to get their food, which they will either forget something or give the wrong item. Multiple times customers have had to park and walk up after going through the drive through due to the fact that they forgot parts of the order. At this point, it’s about 50/50 on whether something is wrong or missing. Overall, Chick-fil-A aims to provide efficient and enjoyable service, making it a decent choice for customers.
