I frequent this Chick-fil-A very often, and the staff is always really nice (especially for teenagers)! We have had issues with orders getting mixed up, but they always correct them without any issues. Never had issues with food being the wrong temperature or getting a bad salad.

I love Chick-fil-A, but damn there needs to be some quality control done at this place. I’ve never experienced as many negative visits at a Chick-fil-A before I came to this one. The worst part is it’s the one closest to my work. Either you’re visit will go completely fine when you come here or you will have to wait an extra 15 to 20 minutes to get your food which they will either forget something or give you the wrong item. I ordered a lettuce wrap sandwich and they literally just threw lettuce and a chicken filet in a bowl. I didn’t even get my pickles :( I thought it was going to be wrapped for me. The food is usually good here, so I won’t give it a horrible rating.
