From planning the menu and working within a budget to significant customization for food allergies, the team were consummate professionals, clearly accustomed to much larger events. The food was exceptional, plentiful, and beautifully presented. The baked chicken was moist and flavorful, and the BBQ (pulled pork) was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Food cooked off-site rarely makes it to the plate fully intact, but ECJ clearly has the secret figured out. For another event, the food was incredibly delicious, WAY better than 90% of caterers. The staff was friendly, professional, and well-prepared to handle the crowd. The mac cheese was outstanding. Everything was fantastic, with delicious food and incredibly kind, professional staff. The best caterer ever used, with amazing customer service, highly recommended for weddings, galas, and parties. The food was wonderful with many options; the chili was super flavorful, as well as the chicken salad. ECJ Winstons is now on a preferred list.
