Let me start off by saying this food is something so special! Everything I have tried is beyond delicious (even things I don’t usually enjoy). Today I ordered to go through Grubhub and when I arrived the owner let me know it was a mistake on Grubhub’s part, they contacted them months ago to shut down their store. She offered me a meal AND dessert for free even though the situation wasn’t her fault at all. Grubhub refunded my money and I got to eat one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. We met the chefs of Gaia’s Kitchen, Sandra and Morgan, at their booth at the Wake Forest Farmer’s Market and purchased a few items. The Buffalo wings, chicken and dumplings, and a lemon dessert were all fantastic! We will definitely be ordering from Gaia’s Kitchen again!Dietary restrictions: In asking about an allergen, Sandra of Gaia’s Kitchen knew all the ingredients in each dish.

Delicious vegan food and wonderful customer service! We ordered the cornbread muffins, Mac n cheese, and bourbon chicken over fried rice. All of our guests enjoyed the food (vegan and non vegan) and inquired who made it! We will definitely order from Gaia again whenever we host our vegan friends! Thank you, Gaia!

Gaia’s catered my wedding reception this past weekend and everything was fabulous! From first contact with Sandra to post-event, working with Gaia’s was perfect. There were plenty of meat eaters at my event who said they would’ve never known it was all vegan. The talk of the event was the chik’n marsala and the tiramisu! I obsessed over the spinach artichoke bites. We also had lasagna, mac n cheese bites, potato salad, and Mediterranean salad . The delivery, setup, and pickup was flawless. It was pouring rain during delivery but we worked it out! I will definitely use Gaia’s for my next event and I’ve already told all my vegan friends.

I recently ordered for the first time, we ordered 4 dinners, sausage and gravy, and a dessert pastry and wow! Every meal was unique, well thought out, and sooo delicious!!! I think our favorite was the brown chicken wing dinner, followed by the biscuits and gravy, closely followed by the butter seared chicken with creamy caper sauce. The textures of “meat” were different for each dish, exactly as they should be to really get the full experience of the traditional dish that they made their amazing vegan version of. What a great way for my husband and I to reduce our workload on busy weeks and still eat relatively healthy and vegan, we will definitely be ordering again! 5 stars for sure!!!

A business owned by two incredible women is awesome enough, but the food will blow you away!!! Each item is amazing, but we are especially obsessed with their Italian offerings (lasagna, stuffed peppers, creamy penne, stuffed tomatoes, etc) and their desserts! This place is a must try!!

I ordered a single serving of their green bean casserole to have as the only vegan at my family’s thanksgiving lunch and they brought me an entire tray of it at no charge! Not only did I enjoy the DELICIOUS casserole but the non-vegans loved it too! I will definitely be ordering from Gaia’s again & cannot recommend them enough!!
