We met the chefs of Gaia’s Kitchen, Sandra and Morgan, at their booth at the Wake Forest Farmer’s Market and purchased a few items. The Buffalo wings, chicken and dumplings, and a lemon dessert were all fantastic! We will definitely be ordering from Gaia’s Kitchen again!Dietary restrictions: In asking about an allergen, Sandra of Gaia’s Kitchen knew all the ingredients in each dish.
We had food catered to a small meeting here at The Refuge. From the moment I ordered, to the confirmation, and the delivery the day of, the service was immaculate. And the food itself was beyond incredible! The strawberry shortcake could be its own business!! Thank you so much!

Let me start off by saying this food is something so special! Everything I have tried is beyond delicious (even things I don’t usually enjoy). Today I ordered to go through Grubhub and when I arrived the owner let me know it was a mistake on Grubhub’s part, they contacted them months ago to shut down their store.
