They were so easy to communicate with and worked off our party invitation to come up with an adorable, perfect design. On the day of, the cake was decorated just as we discussed, traveled well with no issues (we picked up), and mostly importantly was absolutely delicious- my guests raved about it all day! “I was running 30 mins late for my reservation, called in, no problem to postpone. The staff were amazing, so friendly and were very helpful with menu choices. The food was unbelievable! My only regret was that I couldn’t eat anymore! Just make a reservation well ahead of time to be seated at a table, otherwise sitting at the bar is the next option. We ordered the Risotto and the crab cakes! Both delicious and ended sharing a slice of cheesecake! 5 stars plus to this incredible vegan restaurant.“

“The food was great as always, and I truly appreciated the level of service we received. The restaurant was extremely busy with the holiday season kicking off, and the waiting line was fairly long, but thankfully we had a reservation. Even with wait times running around 30–45 minutes, it felt normal for this location and the time of day.

I’m grateful to have been able to enjoy a meal here with my daughters. The staff handled the rush well, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything we ordered was delicious. I just wanted to leave a positive review to recognize the team for their hard work during such a busy season.

“Had an excellent brewed coffee with a free refill. My wife had a latte, which she thought was great. I had an almond croissant, which was kind of ordinary, but good. My wife had a baguette sandwich which was very tasty. Very nice atmosphere and good downtown location.“

“As always, everything that I have gotten at Aladdins has been fresh and deliscious. They have always had the best iced tea until a few evenings ago. Pick up a togo order and 2 teas. The tea had an very off taste to it like it was old tea. While I have had that in may restaurants, mostly fast food places, not once has it happened at Aladdins. Always the best.“

“The service was great. The food is delicious. I love their jerk wings. My favorite pizza is Holy Shiitake. The parking is a little difficult and limited though but the atmosphere and food make up for it. They have a great outdoor area to eat.“

“My brother and I arrived shortly after opening sat morning trying to kill some time before the game while our wives went shopping. We were quickly greeted at the bar by Conor and Kayleigh and served with a few drinks. The place was already starting to amp up, as it continued to pick up We still never saw the bottom of our glasses. Bartenders had great personalities and were very easy to get along with. Our family showed up about an hour later and we decided to eat there as well. It's bar food, nothing crazy, but was pretty good nonetheless. I will definitely return, if for nothing else, because of the amazing service from Conor & Kayleigh, top-notch!“

“We came in on a Sunday afternoon not realizing that they were about to close but they were so nice to us and glad to help us even though we caught them in the middle of cleaning up. This has been my favorite coffee shop for over 30 years and I'm glad to see on the rare occasions make it back to Raleigh that is one thing that hasn't changed.“

The mgr who shares my birth sign of virgo brought me a tasty dessert to celebrate and was very social and accepting even after a table of 7 walked in at 8:00pm. (Thank you) We had never been to any of the locations before and we decided to try this tonight. Everyone left extremely pleased with their selections all the way down to the ice tea and the virgin Bloody Mary. We all agreed we would be returning just not on weekend where it is 1 1/2 hr wait. 😳 Glad to have flying biscuit in the neighborhood. “Nothing beats the comfort and quality of Bella Monica food! I first dined here in college when I was looking for some eggplant parmesan - since that day 20 years later it’s still my favorite Italian restaurant in Raleigh! Btw their eggplant parmesan uses in house ROASTED eggplant not fried and I cannot explain how delicious it is. I’ve likely tried everything on the menu by this point and not once have I been disappointed.“

“Annelore’s Bakery was at the farmers market in Raleigh today. Unfortunately, they were running low on their items since it was later in the day. However, we bought the doggy treats. My dog loves them! Usually, she sniffs around to inspect what the treat is, but she ate these immediately.“

“The carne asada fries are really good. Tender steak, real cheese, and lime sour cream that really brought all the flavors together. The Pozole was very flavorful and delicious. Shredded beef quesadilla was delicious as well, most places out here don't season their beef but this was filled with flavor. So Cal Mexican food lovers, definitely try this place. So Cal flavors with a but if an upscale flare to it.“
