I ordered one sandwich an hour and a half ago (10:46pm, 09/28). The address I punched in was the one suggested by Jimmy Johns. I also included the residence hall I was in. The driver, the only one working, called to say he couldn’t find me. I tried to find out where the difference in addresses was. He was too irate to listen to what I was telling him, while he was 2 minutes away from my location. He yelled at me, and was very rude. So not only was it an hour and a half late in even attempting to be delivered, I was scolded and yelled at so much that I just gave up and asked for a refund. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Not the best :/. I really like this JJ every time I come in, but this was horrible.

One word: yikes. It never fails, every single time I order a sandwich here, it immediately falls apart. Also, the order is rarely correct and all the employees seem stoned, which I kind of don't blame them, it is Jimmy John's after all. I've only given it so many chances because it's a *decently healthy* option close to NCSU. Not anymore, though.

My car was immediately booted after parking in Jimmy Johns parking and walking across the street to meet a friend and walk with them to get a sandwich. So much for customer designated parking. This game they play is such a scam, and defeats the purpose of protecting parking for customers. I'm never investing in this location again.
The last few times I have ordered from JJ's on Hillsborough, the staff must have all been high. Two of the orders never showed up from order on delivery. The one time I called, they had no idea where the order was. The guy on the phone sounded like he was drooling! I won't go eat inside again, the place has the music so loud upstairs it's crazy. I think they need some new management to keep the potheads in line!
