The smoked wings, tallow crackers, and pimento cheese everything are not to be missed. Each table has a dedicated 3-4 sauce tray, with very curated taste differences for each. The banana pudding, a North Carolina table staple, is absolutely incredible - fluffy and light, like a southern cloud on a hot summer evening.
The service at Longleaf Swine is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who ensure that every customer feels like a member of the community. The pimento cheese hush puppies and mac and cheese are worth the visit alone, and the Steak Frites, a lightly smoked prime rib, is perhaps the best in the city.
