I DoorDash from multiple McDs daily. I'm very rarely greeted in the lobby by anyone. Lock-downs and mandates killed fast food locations and lack of service training are the nail in their coffins. Employees rarely take orders at McDs anymore as most installed those self-serve kiosks. The other day I was standing at a McD's counter staring at my order on the other side for 10min before an employee showed up and asked with a slight chin and eyebrow raise.
I could’ve walked myself into Publix, figured out what I wanted to eat, gathered the ingredients, and taken it all the way back to the dinosaur age. I could’ve discovered fire, invented cooking, taught a caveman how to meal prep, and single-handedly advanced humanity 2,000 years… and I STILL would’ve been standing there waiting for my mobile order through the drive through.

The sanitation score was 99, higher than a lot of places. The restaurant is clean, and the dining room staff are nice.
