After working out I decided to get yet another bowl and Mezeh Mediterranean Grill was on the way home. Depending on the night it can be difficult finding a spot on Hillsborough street but there's also parking on the side street and behind chipotle. It's quick and easy to order so there's not really a wait unless they've run out of something. On this particular night I had no worries as I was able to order a bowl with brown rice basmati, steak, pico de gallo, spicy pickled carrots with cauliflower and hummus. You also have the option of receiving a fresh piece of pita bread as well. ($11.37) The bowl is absolutely delicious. My first time experimenting with spicy pickled carrots and cauliflower and it's extremely good. The flavor from that along with the hummus and steak is very flavorful. Also another alternative for a bowl if you want to try something new or different.

My 1 star review is not for the food nor service I received, but for the irresponsibility on behalf of management. I walked in and noticed that on a hot day in summer, it was still hotter inside than it was outside. When I brought this up to the staff member working and said that it felt like their AC was broke, I was told that it was broken and management had communicated that AC was not considered an "emergency" issue. Shame on the management here for not making this a priority. Your employees deserve to work in appropriate conditions, not to mention the fact that you have food sitting out in a line that I'm sure is required to be kept at a certain temperature. I come here regularly but will not be back and will be telling friends about this as well.

My food was pretty good, mostly fresh but a couple dry items. The order was made super quickly and was ready at the time promised. Very generous portions too. The online ordering system had some quirks (E.g. you have to enter credit card twice, it takes some time for the pick up times to load). I'd probably consider going again because the sauces were good!

Went into Mezah today first time experience! The General Manager took very good care of me she had no problem explaining to me my many different options and there were quite a few. The food was fresh and her suggestions now has made me a forever customer. Thank you!

First time visiting Mezeh Mediterranean, and having a fantastic experience!! The first thing i took notice of was the cleanliness. The tables, chairs, and floor were spotless and ready for customers. The service was exceptional, thanks to Shawn for his professional and positive attitude demeanor. I ordered a chicken kabob bowl with a kale base and plenty of other fresh vegetables. It was delicious, fresh, and filling. I also enjoyed my watermelon drink (no added sugar). Great place, beautiful vibes here.

Large selection of toppings, all delicious, and they load them up! Great deal, especially if you get a Groupon. I would go here over Cava any day. They're more generous with portions, better pita, and the cookies are great, too. I have leftovers of my bowl for tomorrow.P.S. There's a small free parking lot for customers behind the building

It was amazing. The Bowls are $10.50. The flavors are Amazing. Falafel, chicken shawarma, baba ganoush, roasted eggplant three different kinds of hummus,... etc. Fresh ingredients, fresh Pita... Organic drinks.. We enjoyed them very much ❤

Meh-zeh for sure. It was just ok, kinda disappointing. Chicken shawarma was ok, kinda dry and not much of it. They were out of the much-acclaimed carmelized eggplant when I visited, bummed about that as I love me some eggplant. There were quite a few out-of-stock items. Kale base had the thick stems chopped up in it, which is odd. Items were fresh, but overall whatever I picked just didnt mesh maybe. Service was nice, but overall not impressed

Employees were inside and behind the counter but did not open the door. If this is proper procedure, please update your store hours.

I love Mezeh's food especially at the new location in Apex. This place on Hillsborough was closed for awhile and I think they should've stayed closed until they hired employees who actually could keep the place neat, clean, and not smelling so bad. Also, they need employees who could actually keep themselves presentable while servicing customers and able to properly follow basic rule on how to handle food.

Really nice staff. And a lot of great options. Some of the best mediterranean food I have had especially since going low carb. There portions were perfect. Even for my husband that is not low carb was full. I felt it was money well spent.
