“This was our second time at a Panera. since the chain has not come to our home area. Building is newer, but like most chains, it could be cleaner. It was convenient and fast, but where to go next is not easily discerned, and it is clearly not the best place for elderly diners. My 79 y.o. spouse was challenged by layout on the building, design of food service, readability, and understanding of the menu. Food was great once we grasped the ordering approach, but he could not carry the bowl of soup and sandwich alone. No server offered help, but we had given a tip at checkout, which drew an audible sigh and a look of disdain from the cashier. Is there a senior discount? None was offered. We'll likely not return having used our gift card plus additional money, but other seniors may not be as happy.
Dietary restrictions: Fat and sodium content would be helpful.

“I came in this morning with my friend and had a wonderful experience. The woman who took our order was so welcoming and the staff were so friendly. Normally I don’t do reviews but the staff went above and beyond this morning so thank you so much.“
“Used the drive thru and service was friendly and quick. There were no cars in front of me when I placed my order. Staff were able to explain what a specific sandwich had in it which helped when deciding what to eat. Would recommend this location.“

“This is one of my favorite Panera. Food was excellent Price is very expensive. The amount of food is not robust however if you get the full sandwich with a bowl of soup it's very adequate but expensive. Coffee is good but my favorite is their unsweet tea.“
“Let me tell you a story. My family is home sick and only wanted soup. The staff under Karrie? Taavira, Maya, Liv, Elicia and Gabby. They took such good care of my family and I, they were professional, friendly, quick, accurate, and most of all, caring. They put love into my food. I will never forget their kindness. If they don’t all get raises, I will be shocked. SHOCKED I tell you. Please consider them the best Panera staff and best kind of people on earth. They deserve praise and a raise.“
“Best green tea period! Every other panera is cutting the formula. See how green my drink is? My panera near me is making the drink the same color as the lemonade ? If yall panera drinks don't look like this! They are short changing you.“
“The food was served as modified with nice large portions of half sandwich, and salad with chips and or apple. Definitely, plenty of food served well.
