Panera was located in Crabtree Mall which is in North Carolina I had iced tea and then switched off to the Dr pepper while I walked around the shop.Parking: I had a handicap sign so I was able to park real close.
Teda, Hydee, Jocelyn, and Jeremy gave AMAZING customer service. I was there for a rapid pick up of soups for my (Covid) sick parents and brother. When they found out, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was great and perfect to care for them. They even well-wished them and my delivery. I appreciate the EXTRA mile and care they took into consideration considering my circumstances. Thank you!!!

Tables were dirty. Employees were on their phone, throwing things at each other, and generally not caring about working. There were three other tables with people, and it still took five minutes to cut, plate and serve a cinnamon rool!
