Papa John's Pizza is a great spot with friendly staff, including helpful phone representatives and sweet cashiers. The NY pizza is pretty good, with great cheese sticks but slightly lacking spinach. Overall, it could be a little more generous with the spinach, but it is good as is. The Chicken Parm Papa Bites are just okay, with very little to no chicken, and there are doubts about ordering them again. The order accuracy can be improved, as there have been complaints about receiving fewer wings than expected. Despite these issues, the service and pizza crust are excellent, making it a good choice for curbside delivery. The staff is friendly, and when using delivery, they are on time and fast. However, there has been a complaint about the lack of seating for waiting customers after a bench was removed.
