“2/14/2025: This is our go-to restaurant before attending NC State home wrestling matches. My husband enjoyed the Wolfpack Burger and I loved the chicken tortilla soup with the Chipotle Chicken Melt without the bread. We watched the end of the NC State baseball game while enjoying our food and adult beverages. Service was great. Love this NC State spot.

While we're no strangers to the local Irish pub scene, this spot quickly became a favorite. From the moment we walked in, the energy was warm and welcoming. The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly loved what they do. Our servers, Rob and Jordan, were outstanding. Attentive, engaging, and full of personality. They made sure our experience was the best. The food is solid. The spicy chicken sandwich packed a nice kick, and the house pub burger with hearty steak fries hit the spot. We finished with the Guinness mousse, which was supreme. Their Super Bowl party on the horizon and what's sure to be an epic St. Patrick's Day celebration, we'll definitely be back to Hibernian. Great food, even better service. They nailed it.“

“We had our 40th birthday party here and Amy and her team exceeded all our expectations. We had rave reviews from all our friends about the food and how much fun they had! They even compared it to a wedding!

She worked with us to help find musicians and when the unforeseeable happened and our musician cancelled within 48 hours they worked round the clock to immediately find us a replacement. They were in constant contact with us regarding everything we needed and made our birthday party the best night ever! I haven't had that much fun since our wedding!

Highly recommend Hibernian for your private events the catering is FANTASTIC! They'll work with you for the bar tabs too and the upstairs space is fantastic!

“I almost hesitate to write a review because I don't want to ruin the place.
Food was great came out hot and fresh. Didn't take long. You can tell it has a lot of regulars. It's like your favorite burger bar from college. Even still plays the same music.
Has a pool table.

Locally there are so many places close by where you can get over priced food and drinks with sub par service. Then stands this shining star... affordable and the staff is cool... wait and the food is good.. holy cow.

So in short if your wife or girlfriend is shopping near by and you can sneak over come get a burger and a beer. There's a dunkin/baskin Robbins 31 close by so you can stop and get her a drink otw back and just say you dipped out to surprise her.

“I have stayed at this property many times but feel the need for some freshness as its begining to look tired. The food menu is very limited and could do with some new items. he staff at the front desk were not as welcoming as have been in the past.“
