“The best ramen in the Triangle! We recently had the chile lime beef ramen and the vegetarian ramen. Superb flavors. The broth for both is on par with the Michelin star ramen broth we’ve had in Asia. They also offer gluten-free noodles, which were delicious.“

“The service was excellent. Our server was very patient. We went to celebrate our daughter’s 10th birthday and she and the kids took a minute to choose their boba teas. He did not rush us and was very kind. Our orders came out quickly and everything was correct. The ramen and gyozu were delicious.“

“Ordered several items from this place to share. The pork dumplings were hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The sushi roll, “The Ralrigh's Best,” was perfect for our taste buds. The quesabirria was just okay—we’ve had better. The consommé was thin and added very little extra flavor to the dish. The salsa was spicy and much needed to kick up the overall flavor. Probably our least favorite item. Overall, it’s a great spot to try a few things while visiting this food hall.“

“I hate having to go to Raleigh! But i had to try this place and it was the best ramen in north carolina......well out of durham and cary. I didnt take pics of the hand rolls. But it was mid, I got the tuna, salmon, scallop, and crab handroll combo set. I sat at the bar and I meet a new person. But the ramen was the highlight and the price was great and so was the sake. Great food, great ambiance“

“Used to be Thai House, now is Thai Twist and I love em both! Basil fried rice, tom yum,, curry, all is delicious and the portion sizes are actually kinda nuts. Eating in is fjne but the interior is a bit dated and the service a little slow, takeout is just fine here.
I will say tho- the tom kha is disappointing. Its SO sweet...0 spice and 0 savory. Slight tang but mostly just sweet. Couldnt finish it“

“Wonderful first time eating from Sushi Time Raleigh. Ordered online for pickup. Easy process, very friendly staff at pickup, and delicious food!! We had sushi rolls; hibachi, masaman curry, and soup. All were outstanding! And I love that they have BOGOF rolls! Can’t wait to eat inside!“

“Miso Ramen bar is undeniably delicious, and my son considers it his favorite ramen spot. Situated conveniently near Downtown Raleigh, the restaurant offers ample parking. I recommend arriving a bit early as there may be a short wait (reservations are not accepted), but there is bar seating available. Upon arrival, you can add your name to the waitlist, which is a nice touch. The restaurant is consistently busy, yet always well-maintained with clean facilities. The servers are knowledgeable about the menu and go the extra mile to ensure a welcoming experience. Whether dining with friends or adults, everyone can find something appetizing on the menu. Here is what we order on our most recent visit: Karage Wings $12 Pork Belly Buns (2) $9 Kids Miso Ramen with Chicken and Eggs Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl $12 The food was delicious overall, and I particularly enjoyed the wings and the pork belly bun. A tip to keep in mind: it's best to finish the wings while you're at the restaurant. If you have any leftovers and take them home, they don't reheat well.“
