I ordered online tonight, and upon the drivethrough never moving, went inside to pick up order. I spoke to a server and gave the name for my order and she gave me the drinks. 45 minutes later, I asked after my food again and they never checked me in. Not wanting to sit for another 45 minutes I left. Went I tried to cancel my order, it wouldn't let me. So I paid $18 and never got my food.
i participated in the $1 quesoritto and after waiting a really long time, around 20-25 minutes to get it, i took 3 bites and suddenly tasted soap or degreaser. Im trying to find a lab nearby that can test foods but am having no luck. If anyone from corporate cares, i'll keep in my freezer until i have it tested. i thought all i had to worry about was veggies from yall, not some soap though.
