“I order on the app and pick up in store then go about my day, my husband and I LOVE their drinks. My go to is avocolada and my husband’s is mocha madness. We get them both without sugar. They taste great and you can feel that the ingredients are fresh. The staff are generally friendly. One young man in particular had such a huge smile it made my day. I’ve been coming to this store since five years and never had a complaint. Highly recommend!!“

“Had a wonderful experience with excellent service from the staff at this Tropical Smoothie yesterday and today. I did a group order online then called as I was nervous about how their system worked. They were so helpful by having me email the order the day before so they could be ready. The order was accurate, all names on each order then one of the young men helped me carry the large order out. Both young men were total gentlemen. Will definitely use them again for large lunch order.“

“CYNIAH A TRUE GEM! Any other day I wouldn't bother leaving a review and previously stopped coming to this location due to the lack of customer service and not so great smoothie. Recently I came after a walk one morning and had THE BEST smoothie as well as customer service from Cyniah. I'll keep coming as long as she's here! THANK YOU, CYNIAH FOR BEING AMAZING 👏“
“I came to the store last night (7/15) around 8:59pm, right before closing. I felt so bad since they were about to close and apologized to the staff, and the lady at the lobby was so nice to me. She assured me I still have a minute left and that I was okay. I even told her I can come back tomorrow but she said she can still help me. I asked what her name was and she said Malinda. She was so professional and nice even though it was about time to go home. I wanted to make sure I give her a shout out and that she’s acknowledged for her great hospitality. Thank you, Malinda!
