“Lived in Richland's 2 years now - always get the General Tso and always have had a hot, very delicious meal. Always go there and order and wait for it then bring home. Friendly lady at register & love when the young girl is there to take my order - she is smart and very courteous. I love to tip her!“

“As a manager i will say the manager on duty tonight definitely needs some work and didn't handle the situation how i believe a manager should, but the building and parking lot were full + they seemed short staffed and every other employee on the floor was working so hard! i didn't get names but especially the tall gentleman and the short girl with dark hair that were on the front line even with rude customers yelling and complaining at them tonight they did a outstanding job!“

“I was a faithful Shoguns customer until the food potions shrank and quality dropped. This is my first time ordering from here. The spring rolls are amazing, the curry chicken is perfect! The general Tao’s is perfect, the shrimp lo mein is perfect, and the pu pu platter for 2 is perfect! The serving size is exceptional!! The only thing I didn’t love was the pork fried rice, it’s not bad it’s just not as amazing as everything else. I can’t wait until we order again, I have so many different things I want to try. The price is great and serving sizes were larger than I was expecting! I rarely leave feedback but wanted to make sure I did for this!“
