Food was delicious and was ready quickly. Recommend crab Rangoon and walnut shrimp
I’ve never had an issue with this location before so this may be a one off, but I ordered for delivery and the employee forgot to give the driver 1 of the 4 orders. I called the store and they said I could come get it or request a refund, so I went and picked it up. I asked how they forgot the order and the young lady gave the excuse of being busy, not even an apology, just excuses. I know people make mistakes and I know this kind of thing happens, but I expect more out...read full review
They were out of side and couldn’t offer a discount, coupon, or extra entree. Kinda disappointing to still pay full price and not get half the serving.

Panda Express, the only one in Jacksonville, offers delicious and perfectly tasting food. The menu includes options like orange chicken, lo mein, fire cracker shrimp, and chow mein. Although it can get busy, the staff works very efficiently, with some employees going above and beyond to handle the rush. The team, especially the tall gentleman and the short girl with dark hair on the front line, do an outstanding job even when faced with rude customers. The service is excellent, and refills are quick to keep the entrees full. The portion size is a good value for the price, and the restaurant is on the first floor with a wheelchair accessible ramp. Parking is available in a shopping center lot. Overall, it’s a recommended dining option for those looking for Chinese cuisine, especially for those who appreciate friendly and hardworking staff.
