Very disappointing when you go in to order carry out food and have to wait for over 15 minutes for your order even after asking. More concerned with the drive thru than the customers on the inside.
WORST CHIK FIL A I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I’m in the drive thru line writing this. Been here 20 mins. They have screwed up my order 3 times already. What the hell. Avoid this place at all costs. Avoid all of Roanoke rapids at all cost
It was a fairly little drive thru line. It took 10-15 minutes to get from the speaker box to the window after ordering. While the girl was on the speaker you could hear all the noise and talking in the background. Then we waited 5-8 more minutes for our grilled bowl and burrito. All the while no one seemed in a hurry except the girl who was going on break. Then we pulled off so the next person could be served and checked our bag to find no fork.
