“Saw this beautiful place while passing through so we had to try it. Lunch was delish. (Possibly the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever eaten.) Service was great and all the staff are super friendly. And the river flowing right next to the restaurant made it even better.“

Lunch time pizza buffet available.Pizza was hot and hit the spot. It's not Chicago or NY style but good for a local establishment. Well attended and easy parking.“

“Went here the first time I got the catfish sandwich, and my husband got the burger and fries. The cat fish had just a little breading with plenty of fish and great flavor. The burger was fresh, and the fries were homemade. This is a small place, with seating inside and outside. It's clean and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly. They also have take outs. A constant flow of people in and out. Will be back.“

“Have been coming to Hoppy Trout for years and loved it. It is under new ownership and they are killing it!!! Pizza is still amazing and beer is awesome too. They have even redone the outdoor space out back and it looks amazing. Highly recommend this place for the food, beer and atmosphere ?“
