Went to wendy's 10 minutes before close and ordered a "son of a baconator" meal. I PAID for the meal, and got nothing but a small fry and a junior cheeseburger with bacon... Wendy's in robbinsville is nothing but a joke.
Went to Wendy’s in Robbinsville North Carolina. As a party of 4 ! There were about 5 people waiting on orders , and about Three more besides us waiting to order , the young man that should have been taking orders told us that we would have to wait if he took to many orders HE GOT SCREAMED AT!!! we stood there for about ten minutes with no one asking us what we wanted?!!!!!!! Many people behind us also wanting to order ! WE WALKED OUT!!!

Manager (Jessica) argued and cussed my husband for over 10 minutes over a simple complaint and request for a refund after waiting at the 2nd drive through window for over 12 minutes with no acknowledgment from any employee.
Terrible excuse for a manager.
A quick and simple and even insincere apology and brief explanation would have sufficed, but she instead chose to immediately get rude and begin cursing. My husband is a veteran with PTSD and this was especially no way...read full review
