“customer service was good, However, they pulled me up to wait on my food and somehow my biscuit was still cold when I got home. Can we please do better with these restaurants in Rocky Mount? I don’t care if it’s new management that needs to come in or something like y’all need to stop playing with folks food because now I’m bout to call corporate cause why would you pull me up and still give me a cold ass biscuit.“
“Hardee's changes in name to Carl's Jr. the farther west you travel across the US. Many people know this. I've seen Carl's Jr signs as far away as southern Mexico. What's interesting to me is that there seems to be no menu change, and you can't find either in New England.“
“Was passing through from out of town and the staff showed alot of hospitality, the food was made to order the manager was very friendly with a great personality and the girl working the drive-thru was friendly with a lovely accent

“I've been visiting this Hardee's over two and a half years and always had great service my order is most of the time correct I enjoy the food that I get from Hardee's it's very tasty of course there is a downfall and that is rising cost but praying one day it'll go back down. Thank Youcindy“
