“Good Customer Service Experience at Hardee’s
The cashier (Gerneall) at Hardee’s provided a good customer service experience by being friendly, respectful, and helpful. They greeted customers politely, listened to their orders, and made sure the orders were entered correctly. The cashiers also answered questions and communicated clearly while maintaining a positive attitude.

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“
