Share your opinion about McDonald's
Double check your prices before paying. They wanted to charge more than the screen showed and were unwilling to honor the screen. In NC thats a violation for false advertising. Update your screen and then change prices next time.
In recent years, We receive great service, consistently at this location. Pleasant staff; meals are accurate; hot foods hot and cold foods cold.
The general manager Brittany truly is phenomenal. Her customer service skills are second to none. As a person who owned their own company for 20 years and made a very good living. Because of my customers, I can proudly say that this young lady knows what she is doing. And she does a good job of passing that on to her staff.
