This location really needs to improve. I’m so over using the pandemic and staff availability as an excuse. I understand Rocky Mount doesn’t need to loose any more businesses but the people in this area deserve better. I have been a long time Panera customer around the country but this one here can’t seem to keep up with the menu items. They are famous for shutting the doors and only allow drive through service. Very disappointed. Every time I visit Panera Bread in Rocky Mount they are always out of stock of items or ingredients. When asked about the out of stock of food items, an employee shared the restaurant does not receive the items that were ordered. It also could be the restaurant is not ordering enough of the items.
