There's ALWAYS an issue at this Wendy's!! Can't take credit cards through the drive through or can't take them at ALL?? I placed a $22 order, it was confirmed, got notification that it was being made, and ready for pickup. I was told "unless your name is Jeff (or whatever) we don't have it and you have to go through the app for a refund, I'm not giving you anything". I'll NEVER go back, neither will my coworkers!! TERRIBLE service!!
From from Wilmington back to richlands and wanted Wendys for lunch but the diningroom was closed so we went to Hardees instead. Every where else is open to dine in
