I ordered a custom cake for my birthday and it was amazing! My mom usually is very picky about cakes she loves white cake white frosting. Period. Case closed. Her birthday is like 2 weeks before mine so I needed to do something different and so i thought of an ice cream cake for mine. My mom LOVED it the entire family loved it to the point they all are excited to make their own creations for their birthdays! I've cream was yummy. Service was ok. There were 4 ppl working. There was a family of 3 ahead of us, and all 4 were waiting on said family. When I walked up w my child only one person waited on us. Also felt like they were rushing us. ??‍♀️

I frequent this Cold Stone quite often and for the most part have been satisfied. However, my last couple of visits have been slightly disappointing. I ordered two size small bowls and they overfilled them putting them into a larger size. After this, they charged me for a larger size even though I asked for the smaller size. This has happened on multiple occasions. Since I was charged more, I didn’t tip this time. I was met with unpleasant behavior.
