“Today I visited dunkin for the first time. I was greeted by a young man named Isaiah who was both professional and very knowledgeable. He took his time and helped guide me through the complete experience. Never being here I wasn't sure what I really wanted. He asked me what I had in mind, listened to me suggested a delicious drink and a few donuts. He made my experience very pleasant and ensured future business. That young man needs a promotion. Great face for your company. I like to give positive feedback back whenever I can and this experience was definitely worth taking some time out of my day to let someone know.. Kudos to you ?“
“I only go through the drive thu for orders but this location has been far better than the one closer to my home. I go out of my way to go here because the staff is always friendly and my order is almost always right. I've definitely had a few issues with the wait time and food being on the wrong bread (Examples: ordered a wrap and got a croissant, ordered a croissant and got a biscut) over the years but I understand it can get very busy and things get mixed up. I do wish (for them) that they got better training. I've been told multiple times that the staff is not trained very well and I hate that for them. Definitely still my go to coffee place!“
