numerous times my order is wrong and don't discover until I get home. Today I placed a mobile order. when I got to the window I specifically asked the young girl at the window if the sauces were in the bag. She nonchalantly answered "should be." got home, no sauces, only upset kids. tried to call to tell the girl she should be more careful, (it was not busy)...no answer. this is the typical attitude of most of their employees
not this one the one in Rockwell is better
Time and time again, service is slow, food is cold.......
