Bay Breeze Seafood Restaurant of Sanford

Visited on 7/11/2026 at 4:30 prices had increased. We ordered broiled shrimp and hamburger steak...both came cold. Fries were brought home & given to my dogs. Hamburger steak was the smallest I've ever been given. The waitress brought us the wrong salads and then the wrong food. Not sure what's going on but I won't be back for a long while. We usually come often. Hamburger steak is now almost $17 and I can find a better one for much less. 3 pc chicken tender is $15. Guess we have to pay for the new upholstery!

The broiled whitefish was a little dry, and I thought the prices were a little higher than normal.

Bay Breeze has the best seafood around!

I have come here before and they serve very good meals, there fried seafood dishes are top shelf. This trip I only wanted a good salad for my meal. The salad I received was just OK, it looked a little on the bland side with boiled shrimp on top, they didn't have much flavor to them. The salad was kind of thrown together, no presentation, unlike most of the better salads I've had. It was like a side salad on a platter. The fried seafood here is better, so that's what I'll get here. I was asked about parking once, there's plenty and I included pics. It was right at opening time, so not many people had arrived when I did. For the price, I would expect a much better salad!

I enjoyed this restaurant yesterday, the food was great, the waitress was awesome, the owner came by and talk to us and asked us how was the food. My first time going there and I would go again and I certainly would recommend it

I got the broiled fish, and it was a bit overcooked and tough, not seasoned enough, but still pretty good.

We tried Bay Breeze for the first time last night. 10 out of 10. My flounder was on point, fresh and fluffy. I got the small plate and it came with two large pieces of the best flounder I have ever had.

That's the last picture shows we were kind of in the back side of the restaurant and unfortunately I see the boxes sitting there that need to be taken out to the dumpster that poor man had to sit in front of those boxes. The food was great timing was awesome it wasn't too thrilled about being shoved in the back. It just opened so they weren't too busy
