Food was cold, no cheese on our burgers, 8 piece nugget meal wasn’t a meal, and the woman that took our order was obviously rushing us and was rude AF even though the place was dead. Horrible. Don’t eat here. McDonalds is close and is 1000’s of times better.

My husband was picking up lunch for friends who could not leave work in drive through. A black woman with red hair at first window was giving him his change. He asked her to please fold the change up in the paper bills while showing her his hands which are handicapped because of spinal cord surgery. He can not open his 3 fingers on the little finger side on either hand therefore has trouble holding small items like coins. She ignored him shoved the money toward his hands and some of the coins fell on the ground. He could not pick them up because he cannot bend to the ground either. Cannot put on his socks or shoes either. Then she slammed the window and walked away. He yelled at her "karma is a pitch and she would get hers" Then at the next window he was told to pull up that the frys were not ready yet. He did and went in to find a small black guy and he yelled where is everybody else. They were hiding from a old handicapped man they were rude to and I believe predigest was why. This is the only fast food place on our side of town and we have not been there in years. Always something shady there. It's a shame because I like Berger Kings food but you won't get service there. Keep going or be mistreated.

Videos the first one I was served, pictures the replacement. When I took the first one back (first time in my life I’m 33, figured now that I’ve outlived Jesus I can ask for something better than fried chewing tobacco for $5) I was very nice and asked if it looked okay? I don’t go to BK enough, maybe eating burnt hockey pucks is normal… the cashier asked through the headset for a replacement and the fry cook asked “why”, cashier said “it’s to dark” and the fry cook yelled “it’s gonna B dah same!”. She wasn’t wrong it’s the same piece of fried moose hide I had before… good times.

The manager has always a bad attitude I ask for buffalo sauce she didn’t have it ask for ketchup she gave me 2 packs and she try to charge me 30$ for one sauce they need to get rid of the manager if she always like that with bad attitude!

Let me be bluntly honest, that place don't need new management or employees it needs to be shut down ASAP, they are absolutely dumb founded including the so called manager or should I say Ms Attitude, very slow 7 cars backed up in drive through and and between starting out in drive through and going in all together I was there 34 minutes so and left with no food in and madder than hell

Customer service was awful, workers on their phones and half a** your orders. food was cold and not worth $30. Dipping cups not free and don’t apparently come with meals. .32 a piece. Won’t be back, I’ll travel for better service ✌?
Hello! Please avoid this Burger King if you care about your health and your dollar. I work at an outpatient drug and alcohol group. We order lunch for everyone every day we have group. We have ordered from this Burger King several times, and more often than not our order has been wrong; one time several whoppers were missing the meat patty! Today at 11:30 am, we ordered 9 whoppers and one chicken sandwich for delivery. One whopper was missing entirely. Another whopper had a long hair in it! I drove to the Burger King to pick up a replacement for the whopper with the hair, and the missing whopper. When I got there, I explained the issue to the cashier who proceeded to get the two whoppers for us. Then a manager- Mickey?- stated that I would need to present the whopper with the hair before she could give us the replacement. I told her we had thrown away the burger- did she not believe me? The cashier was very apologetic. However, the manager could not have cared less about the hair or the error. This is not an eating establishment that cares about food quality or its customers. I’m sorry we continued ordering from them at all (no longer).

It is the first time I have come to this restaurant and only to use the toilet. It was very unpleasant to find that the ladies' toilet was out of use, so only the men's toilet could be used. It was unflushed, the sink was dirty, the toilet seat did not invite you to sit down and they did not have paper towels to dry your hands. Please, I suggest you pay more attention to this matter. Thanks.

Manager only one we saw thru drive thru. First told us we couldn't get frozen drinks with combo special on board. I said it's on the sign then she said o I didn't know. How are you the manager and don't know what you sell??Food was OK but Luke warm. Manager had no sense of urgency. Had to ask for straws for drinks. Held our bag hostage as she took another order rather than handing it out and continuing. No condiments offered. Still couldn't get frozen cherry. She said it was on defrost or something.

It doesn’t matter what time of the day I come to this location my food is always hot. The parking lot is very clean and if I have to wait I know my food will be worth the wait!Parking: Very convenient
