Videos the first one I was served, pictures the replacement. When I took the first one back (first time in my life I’m 33, figured now that I’ve outlived Jesus I can ask for something better than fried chewing tobacco for $5) I was very nice and asked if it looked okay? I don’t go to BK enough, maybe eating burnt hockey pucks is normal… the cashier asked through the headset for a replacement and the fry cook asked “why”, cashier said “it’s to dark” and the fry...read full review

The manager has always a bad attitude I ask for buffalo sauce she didn’t have it ask for ketchup she gave me 2 packs and she try to charge me 30$ for one sauce they need to get rid of the manager if she always like that with bad attitude!

Let me be bluntly honest, that place don't need new management or employees it needs to be shut down ASAP, they are absolutely dumb founded including the so called manager or should I say Ms Attitude, very slow 7 cars backed up in drive through and and between starting out in drive through and going in all together I was there 34 minutes so and left with no food in and madder than hell
