Like another reviewer said this food is blam additive! The quesabirrias is awesome, also ordering quesabirrias on a torta with the Consomme (broth) is amazing. Tortas are not usually my go to but this is so good dipping it in the broth. Don't say I didn't warn you, it will be hard to stay away from this place after you've tried it.
The best authentic food you will ever get. Please be nice to these people; they are doing their best to make a living and bring authentic Mexican food to Sanford. Kindness goes a long way.

El Rolas Restaurant & Bar is one of the best most authentic restaurants in the city of Sanford. The food is always fresh and authentic, with fast and efficient staff. The El Rolas box is simply amazing for the price and the display along with the food is top notch. Beware if you like very hot sauce, ask for the one in the little red cup; it is super spicy. The drinks are delicioooosssa. The outside is a bit nondescript but inside is really fun. The food is fresh and delicious, and the server is great. This is a must go to restaurant in Sanford for authentic food, always busy. Even with orders for delivery, bags are always secure, showing they take pride in their customers.
