“Excellent customer service & the food is SO good. My 8 year old is picky but he devoured his chicken and cheese burrito. I enjoyed the steak tacos & my husband had pupusas and chicken tacos. Of course we had to get the lime jarritos to wash it down. We ate our meal in the pavilion, it was very clean and the bathrooms were well maintained. The parking is iffy but as long as you're not a jackass, it's not a problem.“

“We love going there whenever we are in town. The food is delicious! Portion sizes are huge! My husband and son ordered the baleada which the tortillas were handmade and big! We also ordered the carne con tajadas and it was 10/10 delicious too! Honestly nothing we have ordered has been disappointing! It’s a go to stop every time! Not to mention it’s extremely reasonably priced! I would also point out the service is amazing, we always feel welcome.“

“Oh my goodness--this place has fantastic food! Wife & I just happened to be in Sanford & took a chance on this modest looking restaurant. Fantastic!! Will be driving from home in Raleigh AT LEAST once a week. As good as any we've eaten at in Texas or California. Very nice owners who do all of the cooking. Homemade corn tortillas that are the best. We love this place!“

“We drive from Clayton, NC to Sanford, NC just to eat at San Felipe. The service is always exceptional and everything we order is always delicious.T\nThey even allow me to replace the refried beans in my taco salad with grilled onions since I am not allowed beans. All the wait staff is friendly and quick and knowledgeable. We are elderly, and it is important that they speak English understandably and have patience. We LOVE the courtesy of this staff!“

“Best authentic food. You ever taste some food and was like you know it had to be some older lady cooking because the food was that good. Well yeah it was THAT GOOD. Walked in and didn't expect it to be that good. You hear the old saying " Don't judge a book by its cover". Well even though the store looked older but the food makes up for that. Was amazing. “the service was great, they were SO nice to my kids. a lady named Brenda, wasn’t even our server & went above and beyond for my kids. My oldest wanted to play the claw machine but only had 50¢. she gave him a dollar, wouldn’t even take his change. then he was sad he lost & she came up with a plushie for him, and for my youngest son too. Brenda seriously made our whole night! our server was good & attentive also, the food was good & affordable. but the service was impeccable! they didn’t even act bothered over my son sobbing, we’re just helpful. 10/10 recommend & will be back!“

“My co worker told me about a ACP and I hadn’t ever heard of it but went to San Felipe in Tramway(better food @ this location) and I keep going back! I did go on Horner but it’s just more flavorful here! From the answering of the phone to the great service, they are always nice and welcoming! Definitely been every week since discovering!“

“We walked in with a softball team, so party of 25. They were welcoming and accommodating right from the start. Food was great. Service was even better. Greisy was absolutely fantastic!!! “Like another reviewer said this food is blam additive! The quesabirrias is awesome, also ordering quesabirrias on a torta with the Consomme (broth) is amazing. Tortas are not usually my go to but this is so good dipping it in the broth. Don't say I didn't warn you, it will be hard to stay away from this place after you've tried it.“
