“I ordered my food 30 minutes before arriving at 10:11 am. Upon arrival I waited at the intercom for 5 minutes and went to the window to no response. As I had already paid my order I tried to walk in but the door was closed I signaled a worker and they said they couldn’t attend me I showed my phone hinting I had already paid my order. Then was made to wait outside until my order was made.“
