“We didn't eat there but took carry out. The food was very delicious and, even in the carry out container, looked appealing. As I waited a few minutes for the order to be brought out, the dining area was clean and inviting. Conversations were buzzing and the staff were very attentive and friendly in serving the patrons. This was our first time, but won't be our last.“
“This restaurant was THE BEST find ever on Google Maps!!! The food was not only beautiful but DELICIOUS!!! Their table salsa is the best I've ever eaten!!! The decor is incredible & the wait staff was SUPERB! Alberto was the best waiter!!“

“Everything is supperrrr good I wish they gave 4 for the queso Birra that’s what I always get. Service is only a 4 because honestly I ate so fast she didnt have to serve me ? food is like 13-14$ without a tip for queso Birra but that’s what I’ve spent at every restaurant for “
“I was looking for a "good" taco truck and woooooooooo! did I find it. Look no further than the Happy Tacos for great food and friendly fast service. Food is seasoned to perfection. Veggies are fresh and crisp. The sauces are DIVINE. I was surprised by how reasonable the prices are. I will definitely be back. Adding The Happy Tacos to my weekly rotation. You only live once, TREAT YOURSELF TO SOME TACOS!“
“I don’t normally leave reviews but after multiple excellent experiences at Wholly Guacomole, I refuse to no longer sit idly by as people ignorantly go about their lives without ever experiencing the greatness of Wholly Guacomole. The greatness starts at the front door and with all the friendly staff. I along with my family have laughed and enjoyed good food at every visit. The authentic, amazing, and tasty food along with countless memories and good times, easily earns wholly Guacomole a 5 star review. I couldn’t recommend this place any more. My go to order is Guacomole to start and the hibachi. Absolutely incredible.“
“Delicious ice cream, popsicles, milkshakes and more. We tried guanabana (soursop), tres leches, strawberry, mazapan (peanut butter deliciousness), and chocolate. They have so many exciting flavors!! Try a new flavor or choose an old favorite. The service was amazing and you can order in Spanish or in English. I'd highly recommend this shop for your next tasty treat!“
“The food was really good, the rice was well cooked, beans were a little salty, but it was really good when paired with the tacos. (I don't eat allot of salt, so could've just been me) The music was good, I was jamming, sort of a language barrier, but everything we ordered came out correct with no problems.“
“I’m so serious when I say I feel safe here. The staff is consistently kind to my friends and I, they are efficient and accommodating. This food is seriously next level. It’s fresh and healthy and so good!! I love the birria and the queso. It is SO CHEAP TOO!! I am an Elon student and you get a student discount. The staff all deserves a raise for how incredible they are. Just good people and it shows. I LOVE YOU CALI BURRITO!!!!“
“Delicious! The menu is in Spanish, the clientele are Hispanic (except for the occasional crazy white dude), the staff are Hispanic... You're in the right place. ?My entire party (of 3) enjoyed the food very much. Be brave; get the menudo.Parking: Tiny parking lot behind the building. You might want to back into a spot if it's not too crowded, since backing out later might be more of a challenge.“
“Very nice quaint and cozy place to grab our favorite dishes.Parking: Parking can be found either in front of the building on main st. Or a larger gravel lot is located BEHIND the buildings. There is a second entrance that allows you to come in from the gravel lot thru the rear of the building into the larger dining area.Kid-friendliness: Very patient wait staff the owner is always willing to accommodate anyone. We generally have our kids birthday dinners here with 20 plus people and they do an amazing job at getting everything out and just really taking care of us.Wheelchair accessibility: Both front and rear entrances will accept wheelchairs. There are no steps but the rear entrance is slightly elevated and some assistance may be needed to overcome the hump into the door.“
“The food is good, and service was ok. I enjoyed my fajita texano plate, and the sweet tea was good. I had to ask for A refill and only got the one. The atmosphere is A little chaotic with regulars coming in the door and hollering at other regulars I guess. Try it and you may like it, but there are honestly better Mexican restaurants than this one, in my opinion. But I would go again if someone wanted to“
“Don’t let the parking lot, age of the building or the traffic control one way street and median stop you from trying this Tex-Mex place. It’s one of the last that still use real rice and no gimmicks to make it look like you’re getting more than you really are. Food is excellent. Service is excellent. There is a separate bar room to the right and the restaurant to the left with outdoor dining area if you like that. Standard seating in dining room. My guess is they are old enough to have low overhead and that is reflected in the prices. It doesn’t sit on a picturesque hill and it’s not in a large shopping center. It’s on the corner of a very busy one way street and missing the turn in is easy. If you do, just take the next two rights and you’ll come to the back and right side of the restaurant where there is a wide turn in. Parking lot has lots of patches and divots. If you don’t see lines just line up with the other cars who have been patrons for years. They know where the lines used to be.Parking: It’s not the kindest parking lot with lots of patches and loose gravel and uneven pavement, but there is plenty of parking. The street in front is a one way street so if you miss the turn in take the next two rights and it brings you to the back and side with wide entrances. Long time patrons just know how to park there and create the rows themselves.“
“Great service, clean restaurant and the food was wonderful as always!Came to update my review to say the vegetarian selection is so good! It’s nice to have vegetarian meals that don’t have soy but are packed with a variety of vegetables. I got the vegetarian fajitas and the vegetarian ACP and I’ve had enough food for 4 meals. As a busy mom it was nice to find food packed with flavor and nutrients that I can pick up on the run.“
“These kind folks invited us into their restaurant as if it were their home, and treated us as such all the way through our meal, which was absolutely delicious. The green salsa had great heat and flavor. The horchata was sweet and refreshing. The seasoned meat was done to perfection. We’ll be back with more friends. Gracias, carnales.“
“This taco truck is, by far, the best one we have found around the Triad area (previously lived in Winston & Greensboro). The flavor and toppings are very authentic, the meat amount is nice and hefty, the homemade hot sauces are addictive and, to top it off, the owners are some of the nicest folks I have met. I think they know my order by heart by now ?. 100% recommend this place!“
“Salsa bar! This second taco shop :)Ceviche is not best had lots of onion and tomatoes and a bold vinegar tasteTostada was staleCarne asada tacos were over doneCabeza de res had More fatI wish the other place was open I love their food Bette“
“Always fun to go to. Been going for years, usually for lunch. Great service and never disappointing. Always ask for the "house" salsa and they will bring out a green one and a red one (hotter) different from the mild one they bring out for everyone.“
“I had breakfast at this restaurant the staff are absolutely awesome from the door to the table you wait to be sorted and are immediately greeted at the door and taken to a comfortable booth drink ordered quickly taken. I had this huge cheese and onion omelette with home fries I’m sorry I didn’t immediately take a picture the food was sooo good . I’m sorry I didn’t take a picture before i ate the omelette was so big I took some homeParking: Plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is huge with a slop for wheelchairs“
“Amazing service and food! They really set themselves apart from the countless Mexican restaurants in Alamance county. They have a more authentic take on their dishes and it’s so refreshing. Their drinks are beautifully presented. Highly recommend!“
“I'm not going to lie, Prob the best tamales and Tacos I've had in Burlington. They are real nonfrozen tamales. Although it doesn't look like it from a photo, there was plenty of filling in tacos and Tamales. Real corn tortilla, Pitcher of Margarita was the perfect finisher. Total 3 Tacos add cheese, 2 tamales, chips salsa, and a large Pitcher(split with 1 other) margarita came up to about 27.00 after taxes. Don't forget green salsa. For the flavorful food and price, I will be back...Soon!“
“Love the way the store is set up! Very kind and patient staff. There was a language barrier but the two women were so kind, helpful & patient to ensure that my order was correct. I apologized so many times but the women said it’s okay and not to worry. Food was amazing and fresh very authentic. We’ll be back! Thank u guys so much.“
“Meeting up with friends as they recommended and we love Mexican food! The server was attentive and very helpful! The food was really wonderful and filling. My daughter ordered the ground beef quesadilla which came with Bean dip chip & rice. I ordered the steak fajitas nachos. My hubby really enjoyed his dish selection as well! Definitely recommend.“
“The food was good. Definitely get your money's worth. The service was not so good. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. The atmosphere was ok. Some of the tables are a little too close together. I would probably go back again if I have time to wait.“
“What a find! In quaint downtown Burlington is a food hall where Go Burrito! is located. They feature a number of signature burritos as well as nachos, quesadilla, and tacos which can all cone with veggies, chicken, pork, beef, or steak. The food is made to order with fresh ingredients. I went with the burritohead which was really similar to a crunch wrap supreme from Taco Bell…but way better! It’s a tostada wrapped in a grilled tortilla with cheese, chicken, chips, pico, and chipotle ranch sour cream. It was sooooo good! The right amount of each ingredient in every bite from beginning to end. So flavorful. YUM! It came with a side of tortilla chips and an assortment of salsas are available. The person having lunch with me had the San Diego Burrito and liked theirs just as much as I liked mine. It had steak, cheese, guacamole, pico, chipotle ranch sour cream and French fries. The prices were incredible too. Great deal…Great tasting food!Vegetarian options: Can have veggies with nachos, burritos, quesadillas.Parking: Plenty of parking availableKid-friendliness: Have a small kids menu“
