Been eating at Scoops since I was a kid and hands down Scoops is the best place to get hot dogs and sausage dogs!
The scoops hotdogs are by far the absolute best hotdogs you will ever eat. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best hotdogs ever , I give the Scoops hotdogs a 12 .
The best place in North Carolina to get a hotdog by far no comparison and dam it is dirt cheap
