We both ordered the 18 oz prime rib we wanted it blacken and cooked over the flames on the grill . They brought it out and it wasn’t cooked over the flames and it was cold so we sent it back and told them we wanted it cooked over the flames lol. A few minutes later two more prime rib come out there still not cooked over the open flame. We both just shack our head in disbelief . Food is always wonderful here. Service is great most of the time. Hostess at front could use a crash course in manners!
