Food is great. We often order out from here but look forward to dining in, in the future. Staff are always polite and friendly.

Best steak I ever had! We celebrated my birthday there last week! We also asked about the historic pictures and visited some of the sites! HIGHLY recommend!

Service and ambience were amazing. The food was also great. We will be back. Get there early if you can. When we left, there was quite a line.
The food was cold and not cooked right we asked for flamed cooked . When they brought the new steaks they still wasn't flamed cooked I don't know how they messed it up twice. We have found a better steak house in Siler City at 1/3 the price.

The Flame is an icon of a steakhouse in this town. I grew up here but left over 4 decades ago for a career that took me to the NY suburbs for decades. The Flame still has the ambience and great food that Pokey created so long ago. My only gripes are that they aren't open every night, just a few days each weekend, and they do not offer the splendid salad bar they once did. They have a strong competitor out in Tramway that has better hours, but still does not have the charm of The Flame.

This place is considered "good" by all the old locals in Sanford who have never traveled or left this county. The food is incredibly mid. The steaks lack flavor and are not quality cuts. Sides are basic and could be mistaken for Cracker Barrel if you close your eyes. For the price you pay here it's better to just got to Sullivans or something in Raleigh.

Go to for date night. Not alot of places with this kind of atmosphere in a small town. Probably one of the Bougiest places in town. You won't get this environment at Texas Longhorns, or Outback steakhouse... pretty sure that's the point.

We enjoyed our dinner on the lounge side very much. Cozy booth with awesome service. Everything came out on time and just as ordered.
