I will said I love Yarborough’s ice cream
But this time food was bad, got my order wrong but when we ask they said we ordered wrong so I was a little disappointed.

$10+ for one bone-dry and flavorless burger (like a school cafeteria). Order was incorrect and took half an hour. Staff was friendly but the food was horrible and extremely overpriced.

This is usually one of our fav places to stop with the kids whenever we are in Sanford. The last few visits though, the service has been horrendous. They have either messed up the order or full on argue with us when we ask for what we ordered and weren't given yet.

Cute place on the outside but the inside is very run down. I understand its old and historical but that doesn't mean it cant be kept up and clean. The sanitation score was 90.5 🤢 For an ice-cream place that is no beuno! Especially when fast food chains can achieve a 99.9! I make it a point not to eat at establishments with a sanitation score less than 95% So I decided not to eat there, but asked the employees about place and how they enjoyed working there and they were very nice. Also they were voted best burger and ice cream many years in a row. Hopefully they will improve on their sanitation and next time I visit i can feel comfortable eating there.

Love this place but petty placing one star temporarily. Their winter hours say grill closes at 7:30pm but they were trying to wrap it up at 7:15pm with people actively in line. 7:22pm when I reached the counter and got turned away.

Food is great if they take your order. Normally I wouldn’t leave a bad review but the lack of service has been consistent on each of our visits over the past 2 months.
