“Good food, although it took a long while, they were very slow to get our order, we had to pull up and wait 10 minutes.
Asked if they had extra crispy breasts, she said yes, I ordered. Then 5 minutes later she walked out to where they had us pull up and told me they don't have any extra crispy breasts...
I said OK, 1 Original Breast, and 1 Extra Crispy Thigh. 5 minutes later she delivered me a box with 2 Extra Crispy Thighs, not what I ordered...
But having eaten the thighs, I'm going to start ordering two thighs. Plenty of meat, lots of crispy skin, and more likely available when you order...“

“I would highly recommend one location if you ever want the best experience eating at Smithfield chicken and barbecue you would have to come to this pacific location. Make sure you talk to Ms. Woodard and asked for the chicken tender and fries plate. It was amazing meeting such hospitality and cleaning this in that restaurant they have showed that they are way better than any restaurant I’ve ever been to. They put Chick-fil-A in question customer service. they are giving Chick-fil-A a run for their money in the best customer service. I’ll give Smithfield the number one seed.“

“We've visited Slim Chickens a few times now, and the customer service has been excellent from start to finish. Our first dine-in experience was great—the food arrived quickly and tasted fantastic. We've also used the drive-thru, which had a bit more of a wait, but given how busy they were, it was completely understandable. Overall, it was a great experience every time!“

Known for its famous chicken sandwiches and exceptional customer service, I had modest expectations going in—and those were pretty much met.Upon arriving, I immediately noticed the unique, albeit somewhat awkward, drive-thru setup. While it’s designed to handle large volumes of traffic, I found the layout a bit confusing at first. After a moment of figuring out the order lanes, I placed my order. However, one thing that stood out to me as a minor inconvenience was not being able to clearly see the full menu. While Chick-fil-A regulars may know the offerings by heart, I feel like visibility into the menu would help people who don’t frequent the chain as often or want to explore new options.That being said, the staff was notably friendly, and I appreciated their warm, courteous demeanor. Service was efficient, and my order was handed to me promptly. The food itself? It was exactly what I expected: a decent, no-frills lunch. My chicken sandwich was tasty but nothing extraordinary, and the waffle fries, while good, didn’t leave a lasting impression.All in all, Chick-fil-A delivered a perfectly average lunch experience. It’s consistent, convenient, and backed by strong customer service, but for me, nothing about this visit stood out as particularly special.“
